Globalisation is failing Africa

This is a 2003 article, but I thought it was interesting to see evidence that not everyone is seeing positive development in the globalization movement. I thought this was important to show the class the initial feedback from Africa leaders. While more research would need to be checked into to find out why there is a huge increase in unemployment, somebody has created a huge fiasco.  Unemployment+hungry men= angry people.
